All elements of the Homeless Partnership Networks in Southern California are overwhelmed and unable to support the need to contact the number of individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the region.
We support Community Outreach efforts by coordinating Active Duty and local volunteers, providing data entry for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and the Coordinated Entry System (CES), and providing outreach supplies.
This program is our focus of effort to be established first. Recent developments with the communities of the Morongo Basin have truly started to get this program off the ground.
This program is not limited to Veterans. Community Outreach will work with any individual experiencing homelessness to get them connected with services they need.
Even if the right solution for the veterans we meet through outreach is not with any of our other programs, we will work to get them partnered with an organization that meets their needs.
